The main reasons for oil leakage failure of mining rock mucking loader are as follows:
1. The quality and materials of the accessories used in the tunnel mucking machine are not good, the production process is problematic, or the structural design is unreasonable.
2. The gasket of the part of the mucking machine at the static part is damaged, the position is moved, and the installation is problematic, which will also cause oil leakage.
3. During the installation and replacement of related fastening nuts, uneven force was used to cause the nut to appear slipped or prematurely loose but not found in time, which caused the connection pipe to lose the support of the fastening nut and leak oil.
4. The seal fittings on the tunnel mucking machine have a long service life, and those parts that have been severely worn, deteriorated and deformed have not been replaced in time, and the sealing performance has been lost.
5. The check valve and vent valve are blocked and the rock mucking loader leaks oil. Because in this case, the temperature inside the tank will increase, causing the oil and gas to fill the entire space, and it will not be discharged out of the canal. The pressure inside the tank will increase accordingly, thereby increasing the consumption of lubricants and shortening the replacement cycle.
If the engine ventilation system is blocked, it will increase the resistance of the piston and increase fuel consumption. Due to the effect of the air pressure difference between the inside and outside of the casing, oil leakage often occurs in the weak seal.
