3. When we use rock mucking loading machine, we must properly solve the sealing of various oil pipe joints. Due to the frequent disassembly and assembly of union nuts for vehicles, it is easy for the sliding thread to break and loosen; the accuracy of the bell mouth of the two joints is poor, the center lines of the two cone surfaces are not coincident and the contact is poor; the taper is different but not coincident, which will cause oil leakage. Replace the union nut, and use the grinding method to solve the cone sealing, so that the nut is pressed tightly to solve the sealing.
4. All operators shall check the mucking machine regularly and replace the failed oil seal, piston and cylinder in time.
5. Operators need to check, dredge and clean the rock mucking loader regularly.
