NOTICE:
The tunnel mucking machine used underground must have a production license, product qualification certificate, and coal mine product safety sign, otherwise it is not allowed to enter the well.
The distance between the tunnel mucking machine and the roadway side is not less than 0.8 meters on the pedestrian side and not less than 0.5 meters on the other side; the upper edge of the discharge chute and the distance from the top plate is not less than 0.6 meters. The height drop is not more than 0.7 meters (in special cases must be approved by the Electrical and Mechanical Department); the belt conveyor tail should be installed with buffer rollers as required.
If the water point of the rock mucking loader working area needs to be set up with temporary water pockets, the water collection capacity shall not be less than 1 cubic meter.
The chassis of the mucking machine should be stable and fixed firmly. The four corners should be fixed with anchors with an anchoring force of not less than 90KN, ≥Ø16 × 1800 and Ø15.5 wire rope, and each wire rope should be no less than 2 ropes.
The electrical equipment supporting the rock mucking loader shall not occupy the sidewalk, the distance from the roadway shall not be less than 0.1 meters, the distance between the equipment shall not be less than 0.8 meters, and the most protruding part from the belt conveyor (mining cart) shall not be less than 0.5 meters
