The rock mucking loading machine needs the diesel engine to provide sufficient energy and power to work efficiently, but sometimes the diesel engine exhaust will emit black smoke. Why? Let's find out with the rock mucking loader manufacturer.
1. The exhaust pipe emits black smoke, at the same time, there is flame in the muffler, and the sound is dull. This phenomenon is caused by too late oil supply time. Oil supply time is too late, often causes the rock mucking loader diesel engine to overheat, the exhaust temperature to rise, even may burn out the parts.
2. If the supercharger fails, which causes insufficient air supply pressure and incomplete combustion of the mucking machine diesel engine, the supercharger shall be repaired.
3. If the atomization of the fuel injector is poor or there is oil dripping, the fuel injector shall be repaired and verified, and the fuel injector head (needle valve coupling) shall be replaced if necessary.
4. The mucking machine oil supply of each cylinder is uneven. The exhaust pipe emits black smoke, at the same time, the machine vibrates seriously, which supplies too much oil for individual cylinders, which can be checked and eliminated by "cylinder breaking method";
5. The quality of rock mucking loader diesel oil is poor. If the quality of diesel oil is poor, resulting in poor atomization, so that it cannot be completely burned, the fuel tank shall be cleaned and the diesel oil shall be replaced.
6. The exhaust pipe emits black smoke, at the same time, there is a clear knocking sound in the cylinder, so the work is rough. This phenomenon is usually caused by too early oil supply time. If the oil supply time is too early, it will cause difficulty in starting.
In a word, it is normal for the diesel engine of rock mucking loading machine to emit black smoke when it is overloaded, suddenly accelerated, climbing or working under heavy load. However, it is abnormal to emit black smoke under the condition of no load or small load or excessive black smoke under the condition of large load, and special attention should be paid.
