The rock mucking loading machine operates the action of each oil cylinder through multiple directional valves. There are three handles on the multi-way reversing valve, the middle handle controls two lifting cylinders, the handle is pulled backward, the lifting cylinder is extended, and the bucket rises with the lifting of the bucket arm;
Release the handle of rock mucking loader, the handle will automatically reset to zero position, the bucket will stop at random height, push the handle forward, the lifting cylinder will shrink, and the bucket will descend. The inner handle controls the pull bucket oil cylinder, the handle is pulled backward, the pull bucket oil cylinder retracts, the bucket mouth rotates towards the operator's direction, release the handle, the handle returns to zero position, and the bucket stops at a random angle;
The handle of the rock mucking loader is pushed forward, and the bucket mouth rotates forward. The outside handle controls the side dump cylinder, the handle is pulled backward, the side dump cylinder is extended, and the bucket is turned to the left. (when the machine is delivered from the factory, the action of the bucket is positive by turning to the left. If the user needs to turn to the right, the position of the side unloading master pin should be changed.). Pull the handle backward to reset the bucket.
The operation of the multi way valve of the mucking machine shall be light, stable and accurate. When the mucking machine bucket is in place, release the handle to reset the valve to the zero position. When the cylinder extends (contracts) to the maximum (minimum) position, release the handle in time to prevent impact and overflow heating of the hydraulic system.
