When operating the rock mucking loader under the mine, we often encounter the problem of flameout of the rock mucking loader, so we should pay attention to the following matters before restarting the mucking machine.
Find out the fault location and cause of tunnel mucking machine system.
If the tunnel mucking machine system is polluted when handling the failure of rock loader or replacing components, local or system cleaning shall be carried out as required.
Confirm again that the components of rock mucking loader and hydraulic connection are correct, and the electrical connection is correct.
Adjust the adjustable element to a safe state.
Check the liquid level in the oil tank and make up the oil properly.
Alarm of mucking machine, inform all personnel on site to start the mucking machine.
Start the system and gradually increase the external load.
Bleed as required, operate the reversing valve to make the piston rod of the oil cylinder extend, retract for many times until the oil cylinder does not crawl, and operate without lag, and then tighten the bleed screw again
