NOTICE:
Level the bucket and stop the rock mucking loader horizontally. When working on the slope, first place the mucking loading machine in the inclined horizontal state (the bucket faces the side of the tunnel), and then use the special wedge block prepared in advance to pad the track.
Power off and release the system pressure (the hydraulic system of the working mechanism relieves the pressure by operating the multiple directional valve)
Emergency stop rock mucking loading machine procedure
In case of emergency or sudden power failure, this procedure shall be adopted.
In case of brake failure (especially in sports cars on the slope), do not panic. Quickly lower the bucket until it is undercover. The loading opportunity stops due to the increase of resistance. Or pull the walking handle to make the whole rock mucking loading machine close to the side of the side to stop. The angle between the machine and the side of the roadway is not easy to be too large, or the car may overturn.
In case of sudden rock mucking loader power failure, operate the triple valve, and the bucket will fall under the gravity until it is close to the ground.
