Look At The Adjustment Of The Rock Mucking Loading Machine Motor Line!

Before operation, check the wiring of rock mucking loading machine motor and adjust the forward and reverse direction. Let's take a look:

First, check the wiring of the tunnel mucking macine motor and control transformer: when the voltage is 660V, the motor should adopt △ type wiring;

When the mucking machine power supply is 1140V, Y-type wiring shall be adopted; the transformer terminal shall also be adjusted to 660V or 1140V position accordingly. If the power supply is 1140V, the control transformer or motor wrongly presses 660V wiring, starting the mucking machine will cause serious damage to the equipment.

Check the steering direction of oil pump motor of tunnel mucking machine: when looking forward from the rear of oil pump motor, the steering direction of fan shall be clockwise. When the oil pump motor turns in the opposite direction, stop the machine immediately to prevent damage due to the oil pump suction wear. Open the junction box of the motor, and change any two phases of the three-phase incoming line of the motor, then the rotation direction of the motor can be changed.

Check the rotation direction of the traveling motor of the tunnel mucking machine: jog the handle of the master switch forward, and the machine should move straight. If the machine goes straight and backward, it means that both motors are connected reversely; if the machine goes forward and turns, the motor inside the machine turns reversely; open the motor junction box and change the wiring phase.

During the normal continuous construction of rock mucking loading machine, each shift shall check the rotation direction of oil pump motor; if it is reversed, just reverse the handle of magnetic starter to make the motor work forward.
