NOTICE:
The rock mucking loading machine should be cleaned (washed) every shift to remove the accumulated gangue and cement mortar (especially pay attention to removing the gangue and mortar at the heat sink and foot brake of the walking motor).
There are 11 pins on the working mechanism of the mucking machine that need to be filled with lubricating oil, at least once a week. The specific positions are two upper and lower pin shafts of the side unloading cylinder, four upper and lower pin shafts of the bucket arm, one main pin of side unloading, two upper and lower pin shafts of the dragging cylinder, and two upper pin shafts of the lifting cylinder. It is allowed to pour lubricating oil directly into the hinge gap with an oil pot.
Promptly remove foreign objects such as gangue, steel brazing and wire rope squeezed into the track.
Tighten the loose track shoe bolts and connecting bolts of structural parts in time. If they cannot be fastened, replace them immediately.
The air release screw plug of the reducer is blocked at the factory. When the reducer has a high temperature rise, the screw plug can be unscrewed to open the vent hole on it.
Open the air filter and insert a clean slender iron wire into the oil tank to check the hydraulic oil level. The liquid level should not be less than 2/3 of the tank height.
Check rock mucking loader whether the pipe joints of the mucking machine are leaking oil. Check whether the sealing ring of the hose joint is damaged or the U-shaped card is off.
Check whether the hoses are squeezed or worn.
Check the tightening of each low-pressure pipe hoop and the bundling of each hose.
The rock mucking loading machine should not disassemble hoses or seals in harsh environments. If there is oil seepage or after disassembly, the liquid level of the fuel tank should be checked in item 6 above.
