Before using the rock mucking loader, check the insulation and pressure resistance of the system at least once a month.
Check the rock mucking loader opening and adjust the opening distance of the vacuum contactor contacts and three-phase synchronization.
Check whether the protection function of the tunnel mucking machine electronic thermal relay and the intrinsically safe circuit are normal.
Check and tighten the thread ends. The movable mechanism of the conductive part of the vacuum contactor is regularly filled with graphite grease (or molybdenum dioxide), and other movable parts are lubricated.
Check the tunnel mucking machine button monthly, and apply anti-embroidering oil on the button lever and the explosion-proof surface.
Check the explosion-proof surface of the tunnel mucking machine electrical control box and apply anti-rust oil regularly according to relevant regulations. (per month)
Check the tightening of the bolts on the electric control box and the motor, and the tightening of the cables in and out. (per month)
Check whether the electrical components and wiring terminals in the electric control box are loose, and whether the locking mechanism acts normally and flexibly.
Check the buttons of the rock mucking loading machine, clean the interior and apply an appropriate amount of anti-rust oil on the button lever and the explosion-proof surface. (per month)
