NOTICE:
The service life of the rock mucking loader is closely related to the working conditions, i.e. the nature of the loaded rock and the mucking machine working environment (unloading distance, drainage and medium properties).
The service life of tunnel mucking machine on different working faces can vary several times or even more than ten times. According to the different properties of the rock installed in the machine, rock mucking loader service life can be roughly divided into two categories: the service life under better conditions and the service life under adverse conditions.
Better conditions refer to shale and sand shale (including coal) with low quartz content (less than 30%) and low bond strength. The bad conditions refer to the hard sandstone or igneous rock with high quartz content (more than 60%) and siliceous cementation.
The key wearing parts of the tunnel mucking machine are crawler parts. The service life of the machine in one overhaul is equal to that of the crawler. The crawler is the main vulnerable part of the crawler. The other main vulnerable part of the machine is the bucket.
