If the machine does not exhibit abnormal phenomena, generally do not change the adjusted pressure value). The pressure setting value of the relief valve of the rock mucking loader working is 16 Mpa
Hydraulic system pressure adjustment method: extend the boom lifting cylinder or the drag cylinder to the limit overflow position, open the pressure gauge switch, and adjust the overflow valve on the multi-way valve until the pressure displayed by the pressure gauge is 16MPa. Pressure adjustment of the hydraulic system of the walking mechanism: the bucket can be pressed against the gangue pile to adjust the overflow valve on the walking directional valve. The overflow pressure is read on the pressure gauge at 21MPa.
Note: The pressure setting value of the relief valve on the multi-way valve has generally been adjusted during the rock mucking loader factory test . Pressure regulation should be cautious to prevent damage to the system due to excessive pressure.
Adjustment of crawler drape. Inject grease into the tensioning cylinder through a high-pressure grease gun (tension the crawler) or unscrew the one-way valve seat to release the butter (relax the crawler). The amount of sag between the track carrier sprocket and the guide wheel sprocket should be controlled at 15~ Within 20mm.
Brake adjustment. During the mucking machine test run, drive the rock mucking loader into the slope of the working face less than 16°, stop, and the amount of downward sliding does not exceed 10mm/s, and the balance brake valve needs to be adjusted. Adjustment method: In the stop state, use an allen wrench to adjust the balance brake valve adjustment screw, turn clockwise one quarter turn (note that two balance brake valves need to be adjusted at the same time), and then do the climbing test until the rock mucking loading machine sliding is satisfied Shift requirements.
