1 Safety requirements for rock mucking loading machine
When there is pressure in the rock mucking loading machine system, do not loosen the joint, remove the fastening thread and any hydraulic components: after the pump stops, the mucking loading machine working mechanism should be unloaded, and the bucket and bucket seat should be reliably padded; the machine should be placed horizontally to avoid pressure in the walking motor system. The components in the system can be disassembled after checking that there is no pressure.
2 Cleanliness requirements of rock mucking loading machine
When repairing the mucking loading machine hydraulic system on the working site and on the ground of the rock loader, it is necessary to make every effort to ensure the clean environment and prohibit pollutants from entering the hydraulic system. Before loosening each joint, wipe the surface of components or joints, and seal the opening with specified plug immediately after disassembly. Do not wear gloves or wipe with silk wool when removing hydraulic components. Filling the system must go through an oil filter.
(1) The oil pipe of the mucking machine shall be replaced immediately after it is damaged, and the new soft and hard pipes shall meet the requirements of mucking machine system pressure. The dirt on the inner wall of the new hose should be blown with compressed air before installation, and the pipe orifice should be debugged; the hard metal pipe should be pickled. After cleaning, the oil pipe shall be blocked with corresponding sealing cap immediately.
(2) Oil filling of mucking machine: only clean special sealed container is allowed to store hydraulic oil. During ground maintenance, oil should be filled to the rock loader through the oil filter. At the construction site of rock loader, oil must be replenished through the oil return filter port on the top of the auxiliary oil tank of the machine. Before refueling, the oil filling port and hose should be cleaned with a clean, lint free cloth. Note: during refueling, the liquid level should be controlled according to the requirements of this operation specification, and the liquid level should not be too low or too high.
(3)Replacement of mucking machine components: the model of the replaced components must be correct. When replacing the components, the sealing elements at the joint should be
Prepare in advance, the original old seal must be replaced, do not reuse. The threaded fasteners shall be tightened evenly and successively, and the stress on individual bolts shall not be too large to cause deformation of components. Adjustable components, such as the constant power change point of variable pump, the safety flow valve on multi-channel valve shall be reset.
