NOTICE:
After regular maintenance of the rock mucking loading machine (weekly, monthly), the person in charge of electromechanics in the development area and engineering area shall record the record after passing the inspection, and notify the factory of the rock mucking loading machine maintenance in a timely manner for record and processing.
The overhaul plan should be worked out before the tunnel mucking machine overhaul. The end-of-year (1 year) overhaul should also develop a tunnel mucking machine maintenance inspection plan and notify the factory in advance. If necessary, the mine and factory can jointly organize the demolition inspection and acceptance.
After overhaul or year-end maintenance of the mucking machine, a dry run test and adjustment of not less than 2 hours shall be carried out.
All drivers and maintenance personnel should participate in the year-end maintenance of the mucking machine.
