NOTICE:
1) Before operating the mucking loading machine, the driver must carefully check the connection of each part of the rock mucking loader and whether the wiring of the electrical equipment is in good condition, observe the blasting situation of the roadway, and check whether the track gauge is correct and whether the laying length is sufficient. Do not operate until you are sure that there is no problem.
2) When rock mucking loader loading rock, the distance between the rock loading machine and the side wall of the roadway must be more than 300mm on the side where the driver is manipulating, otherwise it is not allowed to operate to avoid crushing the driver.
3) It is forbidden for anyone to approach the range of action of the bucket. When unloading, no one is allowed to approach the mine cart hung behind the rock mucking loading machine.
4) When inspecting, applying oil and repairing the rock mucking loader, all parts of the mucking loading machine must be in a stable state in advance. It is strictly forbidden to perform oil injection or cleaning up rock dust while the rock mucking loading machine is working.
5) When the bucket is only lifted by the chain, it is forbidden to do any work under the bucket.
6) Drivers are not allowed to dismantle or repair electrical equipment without the cooperation of electricians.
7) Two persons are not allowed to operate a rock loader at the same time.
8) For non-rock rock mucking loader drivers, no one is allowed to press the control buttons of the rock loader without the driver’s consent.
9) When the driver leaves the rock mucking loading machine, the power must be cut off, and the people around the machine should be notified in advance when the power is supplied. The rock loader must retreat 20-30 meters away from the working surface before firing.
