NOTICE:
Knock on the top and clean up the working environment of the rock mucking loader to remove the top gangue.
Before the rock mucking loader works, water must be sprayed on the gangue or coal pile and the roof must be washed.
Install the fixed wedge and hang the tail wheel.
The working face of the rock loader is 800~1000mm higher than the rock mucking loading machine pile, and the number of eyelets depends on the width of the roadway. The eye distance is about 1m, and the eye depth should be 50~100mm longer than the wedge, and should be 5° downward. ~10° inclination angle.
After the wedge hole is laid, the pneumatic drill or electric coal drill and the feng shui pipeline are evacuated to the working surface. First put the wedge in the eye, then insert the wedge, and then tap it with a hammer.
The tail wheel is hung in the wedge ring in the middle, and the rock mucking loading machine is prepared to pile the middle rock.
Check the guide wheel of the mucking loading machine and the tail wheel suspension is correct, safe and firm. Pulleys can rotate flexibly, and whether the wire ropes are worn out or broken wires exceed the regulations, they are arranged neatly on the drum and the brake belts are tightly tight.
Check that the rock mucking loader rail clamp is tight and reliable, and the distance between the driver's operation side and the road wall is not less than 700mm.
Check whether the lubrication parts of the rock mucking loading machine are of proper oil quantity and there is no leakage. When the electrical equipment is exposed to water, it should be properly covered on the ceiling.
