When operating the mucking machine, the traction speed of the main and auxiliary ropes of the rake bucket should be uniform to prevent the wire rope from swinging out of the drum or being jammed by the pulley.
Others and pedestrians are strictly prohibited on both sides and in front of the rake bucket.
After the tunnel mucking machine rake installation work is over, open the rake bucket to the front of the rake loader, place the handle on the release position, turn off the rake loader, cut off the power lock switch, and remove the handle.
Remove the gangue (coal) and dust from the transmission part and switch of the mucking machine.
