Tunnel Mucking Machine Routine Maintenance (maintenance once a day):
Every day, the driver of the bucket mucking machine on duty is responsible for the maintenance team formed by the electric fitters of the unit, and the mandatory routine maintenance is carried out for 1 to 2 hours every morning and mid-shift. Its responsibilities are as follows:
(1)The driver of the bucket tunnel mucking machine earnestly implements the content of the shift inspection;
(2)The maintenance fitter shall conduct a comprehensive inspection of all the fasteners, pins, and brake bands of the bucket mucking machine, and deal with the problems in time;
(3)Check whether the oil level and oil quality of the oil chamber of the gearbox of the rake bucket rock mucking loading machine meet the regulations. When the oil quantity is insufficient, add oil and add grease to each lubricating grease filling point;
(4)The maintenance electrician should check in detail whether the control buttons, lighting fixtures, and load cables of the bucket rock loader are intact. If problems are found, they must be dealt with immediately.
