NOTICE:
The scraper rock mucking loader is mainly composed of fixed wedge, tail wheel, scraper bucket, winch, trolley, guide wheel, material trough and electrical part. Today, I'd like to introduce it to you one by one. Please take a look at it with the tunnel mucking machine editor.
1. Guide wheel: the mucking machine guide wheel is installed at the rear of the harrow rock mucking loader to guide and change the direction of the wire rope. It is composed of side plate, pulley, mandrel and rolling bearing.
2. Electrical part: the electrical tunnel mucking machine part mainly uses mine explosion-proof switch, explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof button and other electrical equipment. The driver is not allowed to handle the electrical fault by himself.
3. Small winch: the winch is composed of motor, reducer, two planetary rollers and two groups of brakes. The two groups of brakes actually act as two groups of clutches and control the two drums respectively.
4. Hopper: the tunnel mucking machine hopper is used to hold the harrowing (coal) gangue. The harrowed rock can be discharged into the tramcar through the discharge rock mucking loader port at the bottom of the feed chute, intermediate trough and discharge chute.
The intermediate groove is installed on the mucking machine bracket and pillar of the trolley, while the feed chute and discharge chute connect with it respectively in the rock mucking loader front and rear.
