NOTICE:
1. The closed rope fence of the rock mucking loader is made of waste air drill or 1/2" steel pipe and installed in two groups, fixed in the jack on the operating side, and the height is 0.3m higher than the side plate of the tunnel mucking machine.
2. When the rock mucking loader is loading rock in the turning roadway, it must use reliable two-way auxiliary guide wheels to clean the roadway and send special personnel to command and signal contact.
3. Before the start of the rock mucking loader, the gas safety supervisor is responsible for hanging the moraine methane sensor on the top of the roadway within 5m of the bucket mucking machine.
4. The fixed wedges are made according to the standard drawings, and they should be hit on the moraine with a relatively complete rock type as much as possible. When fixing on coal or clay rock, the penetration depth of the fixed wedges should be ≮0.8m, and other rock layers should be ≮0.6m. For the rock formation, other reinforcement measures should be adopted.
5. The rock loader must be operated with an operating lever.
6. There must be stable piles on both sides of the tunnel mucking machine to prevent the body from sliding down. The stable piles are made of φ38mm round steel, and the depth of insertion into the bedrock is ≮0.8m. The direction of insertion is the same as the inclination of the roadway and an angle between 70 and 800 is formed with the floor. The connection between the stabilizing pile and the bucket mucking machine is connected by a wire rope with a diameter of not less than φ15.5mm. The connection between the steel wire rope and the stabilizing pile and the bucket mucking machine adopts more than 2 sets of rope clamps, and the connection must be reliable.
