In order to ensure the safety of the bucket rock mucking loader during the transition period, corresponding countermeasures should be taken during mucking machine use:
1. Before using the tunnel mucking machine, it must be inspected for mechanical and electrical integrity and explosion-proof by the Mechanical and Electrical Group of the Production Department and the Safety Supervision Office. It can be used only after the inspection is qualified, and it is used and managed in strict accordance with the "Operation Regulations" and maintenance requirements during tunnel mucking machine use.
2, the driver of the rock mucking loader must check the wire rope and safety devices before starting the operation of the bucket rake machine and confirm that they are correct before starting the operation.
3. The brake device of the rock mucking loader must be complete and reliable, and meet the requirements of intact standards, and the rail clamp must be complete and intact, and firmly stuck on the track. The wire rope of the bucket rake machine must not be knotted, and all pulleys must be intact and flexible. The excavation team shall send personnel to check the integrity not less than once a week, and make corresponding records for future reference.
