What Should Be Paid Attention To In The Maintenance And Supervision Of Mucking Machine ?

Maintenance and supervision of mucking machine:
1. After the electrician limits, pay attention to the rolling wind direction of the
mucking machine drum. When working, the drum should rotate counterclockwise from the side of the reducer. When the wind direction of the two drums is opposite on a uniform day, the one in operation should prevail.
2. The mucking machine often pays attention to whether the tightness of the brake belt and Fubi brake belt is appropriate, whether the winch rolls actively and whether the work is reliable. If the internal gear cannot be held or disengaged, adjust the adjusting bolt of the brake belt to make it appropriate.
3. Always check the wear of the wire rope of the
mucking machine, and replace the wire rope when it is broken.
4. The
mucking machine shall add grease to each rope sheave bearing every month, add 90~150 # industrial gear oil to the drawworks reducer every three months, and add 90~150 # industrial gear oil to the planetary gear transmission every month.
5. When refuelling the planetary drive part of the mucking machine, pay attention not to let the oil fall on the brake surface of the drum and the brake belt. If any oil stain is found on the above parts, clean them.
6. When the
mucking machine is used in the drift, the oil level of the pneumatic oil atomizer shall be checked every day. If the oil level is insufficient, lubricating oil shall be added in time.
7. Always pay attention to whether the joint of wire rope of
mucking machine is firm and reliable, and whether the dike is pulled off.
8. The
mucking machine shall check whether the connecting bolts are loose or missing every week, tighten the loose parts, and fill in the remaining events.
