How To Make The Mucking Machine Work Efficiently In Operation?
Mucking Machine is an indispensable equipment and tool often used in mining engineering. In order to ensure the high efficiency of Mucking Machine in operation and ensure the safety of equipment operators, our relevant operators must be very familiar with its correct use.
1. After blasting, the Mucking Machine shall first drill holes in the upper part of the head-on (it is prohibited to use the remaining blast holes), and install the fixed wedge. When installing the fixed wedge, put the end of the wire rope sleeve with the taper sleeve into the drilled hole, and then insert and knock the fixed wedge tightly. When disassembling, use a hammer to knock the end of the tight wedge laterally to loosen the wedge. Draw out the tight wedge first, and then pull out the wire rope sleeve. The hole for installing the fixed wedge shall have a deflection angle of 5 °~7 ° with the working surface, so that the fixed wedge can be easily pulled out.
2. After the fixed wedge is installed on the Mucking Machine, the tail wheel can be suspended on the wire rope collar. The suspension position of the tail wheel depends on the situation of the roadway. Generally, it is better to hang the tail wheel above 1000mm above the head-on rock pile. In order to reduce auxiliary labor and improve mechanical loading efficiency, the hanging position should be moved left and right according to the rock accumulation, so as to clear the rocks in the middle and on both sides.
3. When hanging and removing the tail wheel of the Mucking Machine, the auxiliary brake spring at the edge of the winch drum should be released first, so that the wire rope can be easily pulled and the tail wheel can be suspended. After the tail wheel is hung, the spring can be reset or adjusted to the appropriate pressure.
4. After the tail wheel is installed and relevant safety inspection is carried out, the motor can be started to start theMucking Machine operation. During the operation, the operating cylinder will pull the scraper bucket to scrape the rock and unload it into the tramcar along the material chute to the discharge port. Then, the operating cylinder lever will be loosened and the operating lever of the empty roller can be tightened to make the empty scraper bucket return to the head. Repeat the rock scraping action. One tramcar can be filled after 2 to 3 times of continuous scraping.
5. In order to ensure Mucking Machine high efficiency, the feed chute of the scraper Mucking Machine shall not be more than 10-15m away from the head-on when it is working. To avoid damage to the Mucking Machine during blasting, the distance between the rock loader and the blasting point shall not be less than 40m, and the scraper rock loader shall be fixed properly.
