Rock Mucking Loader are mainly used for mining operations, and the mining environment is harsh. When using the rock mucking loader, we should pay attention to the maintenance of its fuel tank. Today we will introduce to you the precautions for its maintenance.
1.When refueling the tunnel mucking machine, avoid impurities such as sand, water, and dust from falling into the fuel tank.
2. During the rock mucking loader work process, it is necessary to observe the height of the oil level at all times to ensure the smoothness of the suction and return pipes in the system.
3.During tunnel mucking machine continuous operation, the temperature inside the fuel tank shall not exceed 70 ℃.
4. Regularly clean and replace the filter element.
5. All hydraulic oil should be replaced and cleaned within 300 hours.
