First of all, what kinds of wear and tear will happen to parts when the temperature of mucking machine rises?
The main transmission gears and bearings of various parts of the rock mucking loader run in - 5 C lubricating oil than in 3 C lubricating oil, and the wear is increased by 10 - 12 times. But when the temperature is too high, the deterioration of lubricating oil will be accelerated. For example, when the oil temperature has been checked at 55-60 C, the oxidation rate of lubricating oil will double with the increase of oil temperature by 5 C.
Therefore, rock mucking loader in use to prevent low temperature overload operation, so as to achieve low-speed preheating. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent the mucking machine from running at too high temperature. If the temperature is high, the mucking machine needs to be cooled and stopped for inspection when necessary.
Pay attention to check the working condition of cooling system. Before working every day, we must check and add cooling water; for air-cooled machinery, we should regularly clean up the dust on the air-cooled system to ensure that the cooling air duct of the dredger is unblocked.
